Mr. Rodriguez leads with heart, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to students and staff. He has truly become the heart of the district, creating a culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. From his early days as a paraprofessional and bus driver with Pinal Special Education to his current role as Superintendent, he has remained grounded and student-centered in everything he does.
His journey is a reflection of perseverance, humility, and an enduring belief in the power of education to change lives. As a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Rodriguez brings integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of service to his leadership. During his time as Principal of Villa Oasis High School and as Special Education Director, Mr. Rodriguez made a lasting impact by combining compassion with accountability. Now, as Superintendent, he continues to set a tone of kindness, professionalism, and excellence that radiates throughout the district. Mr. Rodriguez's vision for the Mary C. O'Brien Accommodation District is clear: education should empower, uplift, and connect.
