Mary C. O'Brien Elementary School Secretary - Mary C. O’Brien Accommodation District is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented School Secretary to support daily campus operations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors while assisting with student records, enrollment, special education coordination, scheduling, attendance, communication, and general office support. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, organizational, and technology skills and thrive in a fast-paced school environment.
District Maintenance and Grounds - Mary C. O’Brien Accommodation District is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance & Grounds Worker who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining buildings and outdoor spaces, and can work independently as well as part of a team.
This position is responsible for a variety of maintenance and groundskeeping duties, including building repairs, painting, plumbing, lawn care, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and general campus upkeep. Approximately 60% of the work is performed outdoors, requiring the ability to work in various weather conditions, including Arizona's summer heat.
Bus Driver - Mary C. O’Brien Accommodation District is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bus Driver to transport students to and from school and school-related activities. Responsibilities include safely operating a school bus, supervising students during transport, following all Arizona school bus regulations, communicating effectively with parents and staff, and reporting any delays, incidents, or maintenance concerns. The ideal candidate is dependable, student-focused, and committed to providing a safe and positive transportation experience.
Substitute Teachers
Supports classroom instruction as needed across the district.
Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate OR valid Arizona Substitute Teaching Certificate
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university – required
