COVID-19 Update 6-18-2020
MCOB District Students and Families;
I hope all of you and your families are healthy and safe!
As we work on a plan for school to start in August, I wanted to update our students and families. We have been reviewing CDC, ADE, and Arizona Department of Health guidance and recommendations on school reopening. We have weekly meetings with the Pinal County Health Department and Pinal County Superintendents. The District Leadership is reviewing all information and developing plans for Mary C. O’Brien Elementary and Villa Oasis High School.
Plans are somewhat fluid, however at this time we are moving forward with a plan for school to start in our district as scheduled on August 3rd with full in-person classes, five days per week following the adopted calendar.
We are utilizing the following sites and documents as we develop our plan:

A detailed plan will be shared with students and parents no later than July 15th.
